Problem dealing with WiFi and Hotspot with S10+ Android 10

Hello all,

After upgrading my S10+ android to the Version 10, I have problem dealing with the WIFI and Hotspot in S10+, Hotspot is not working never and I lose the internet connection from wifi after trying to run the Hotspot.

Also, with new update I can't restart the phone, I have to plug the charger to be able to run it again.

I did a factory reset and still facing the problem.

Any solutions???

Ooh my god, the new update is very bad so what we can do Samsung, it should be send another update to fix the problem.
