why i dont have the new camera interface

After updating my galaxy a20s to Android 10(one ui 2) i am still on the old user interface of the camera why

Its normal or not?

yes that is correct as every device model have different specs and features and supported options

unfortunately there are no news released yet when the one ui 3.0 will be released and for which models 

as once its available you will be notified through Samsung members app > notices section
