جوالي دائما بيعمل crash للآب و بيعمل restart لوحده و بيطلب مني اعمل force stop للآب وطول النهار و عطول on off

No because i want to copy all the information from my phone to my laptop then i will do the factory reset

I did factory reset and after 3 4 days the phone back to crash ( camera crash , apps crash ) and the phone back to restart again
I don't know what is problem
