Hello dear Samsung i have the A70 and the problem is sometimes when it's lock i can't swipe to unlock it but on the lock screen i can't swipe and on the home screen the phone work perfectly i wish you will find for me a solution

kindly go to settings > general management > reset > reset settings 

as that will only reset the settings for your phone without deleting any time

And i forgot to tell you that sometimes at the bottom of the screen doesn't work
