I think after the s10 and note 10 are out of beta testing or almost out of the beta.

samsung said that the S8 will not get android 10 but did not say anything about the note 8. Lets hope the device gets it.

as of now note 10 s10 waiting for the beta version.. after that they give android 10 to s9 series..
