Kindly follow the below steps to solve the issue:
check for software updates as the following:
settings>Software update >download and install
then reset the spen :settings>advanced features> S pen>air action>three vertical dots>reset S pen
If the issue still there, follow the below:
settings> general management > reset > reset network
in case the issue was not cleared find the below steps:
From settings > general management > reset > reset all settings
In case the issue persists please visit the nearest Samsung service center
