the lens cannot be replaced alone you need to replace the whole back.

You can change the camera class without the back in third party repair shops only

But you have to remove the back to clean the camera lenses from the broken class peices then install the new camera glass
the phone will lose its IP68 water resistance due to that

he can replace it but would not advise it as water proofing is comprimised and you need a real expert guy to remove the back without breaking which is really hard.
