To help us investigate further, could you kindly share a video or screenshot of the notification? Additionally, we recommend enabling Notification History on your device to identify which app is triggering it. You can do this by going to:
Settings > Notifications > Advanced settings > Notification history
Once enabled, you can check the history to determine the source of the notification.
