In order to solve the issue kindly follow the below:
1-check for update via :settings>software update>download and install
2-go to Settings> Applications, then find the app, choose Storage, and clear cache
3- press on volume down and power buttons for 10 seconds
and if the issue still there reset all settings From settings > general management > reset > reset all settings,this will reset the settings and restart the mobile but will not delete any apps , accounts or data, you can back up the settings in order not to lose them
