I have an issue with my phone, contacts, and messages apps on my z fold 2

Every time I open them, they won't show me my contacts and then they close themselves 

I really need a solution...

There are two solutions to this problem. The first solution is to forcefully stop the application and make sure that it is updated to its latest version. The other solution is to go sittings and reset and reset all sittings. Be sure when you go reset. Don't do factory data reset

When I tried to update these apps, I could find them neither in play store nor in samsung app store

In order to solve the issue kindly follow the below:

1-check for update via :settings>software update>download and install

2-go to Settings> Applications, then find the app, choose Storage, and clear cache

3- press on volume down and power buttons for 10 seconds

and if the issue still there reset all settings From settings > general management > reset > reset all settings,this will reset the settings and restart the mobile but will not delete any apps , accounts or data, you can back up the settings in order not to lose them
