• Hi, I have a problem with the application. Keys caffe. The first option in the application for customizing the keyboard is missing for me. Why do I need it so much?

If you have a Hong Kong or Taiwanese version, the make your own keyboard inside Keys café isn't available 

Check your model number from  Settings  - about phone if it ends with zero number, these versions don't have the option

Do you mean number? IMEI Yes, it ends with 0, but I tried something else when I downloaded older versions of keys cafe The option was there but the app was not working

I meant your model number not the IMEI 

For example SM-G9980 this is the model number of S21 Ultra in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China

Some variants lack some options. You can send suggestions to Samsung to add this feature in the future
