Samsung is not going to release android10 beta in middle east countries. So probably have to wait till the final release at the end of this year

These people might not actually using "middle east" version S10. Currently only South Korea, U.S. and German model have android10 beta.

I live in U.S. and using middle east version of S10, same thing might happen in your country some people using U.S. version.
