The fix by Brevity worked for me. Many many thanks! Really surprised Samsung's fix us just run your phone in safe mode.

Welp, didn't work.Saw the Samsung rep suggested booting inbdsfe mode - so have to run the phone in safe mode forever now? Ugh.

This just started happening to me after the latest phone update. Annoying.Try the clear cache and hope for the best.
