From past 2 days device manager shows learning battery usage what is the problem will qnybody help me

When i use 4g mode on airtel sim it shows in settings volte mode on/off but while i use jio it doesnt show that option. Sometimes i want to use only data during that time i dnt want to get calls kindly will someone tell me what to do

Sometimes my network fluctuates during using mobile data. During calls network is ok  and if i see youtube in starting speed remains good but after 1 min speed gets so irritating I swtiched the sims but the problem still persists
