Please improve fingerprint lock , some time fingerprint sensor doesn't works , after many attempts it work.. ln samsung galaxy m31

I think, that issue only in your phone
Ask to samsung service center or report to a beta feedback

finger print work fine....if i place correctly.
but if finger are wet or place inappropriate then sometimes doesn't read

Yeah happens pretty often to me because I get sweat on my hands quickly

If the issue still persists, kindly send system log file using Samsung member application i.e. Samsung member BETA app > BETA feedback > Send feedback > Error report > Collect log files > attach.
