Tech TalkTry the following solutions:
• Make sure that you have the latest system software installed on your device.
(Apps > Settings > Software update > Download and install or Download updates manually)
• Make sure that the device's internal aerial is not being blocked.
• When you are in an area with a weak signal or poor network reception, your device may lose connection. You may have connectivity problems due to issues with the service provider's base station. Move to another area and try again.
• When using the device while moving, wireless network services may be unavailable because of issues with the service provider's network.
If the problem persists, visit an authorised Samsung Customer Service Centre to check whether your device has any problems.
