I trusted on Samsung after many years and purchased S24 ultra because samsung promised for 7 years updates. But from the first year it is too late, almost a quarter passed.
Also, suggestions given by users are "JUST". You still not giving normal facilities which your users demands. Samsung must have to implement demands of users in new Updates.

You r right. Samsung has been pathetic in recent few years. Ecen in the current beta : * They don't have a proper timeline for releases. Few features have been egnored completely, Even after 3rd beta update..issues are still unresolved which were noticed after first initial beta update.
