Quick settings should have grey background tint when colour pallette is disabled

My quick settings panel elements have a very visible brown-burgundy background tint, unlike the notification pills who have a neutral grey tint as they should. The background colour isn't set by me nor do I have color pallette enabled. Please let notification pills and quick settings have the same background color/tint: grey when colour pallette is not enabled.
