When pulled down the notification panel on the lock screen...n you decide to close it by swiping up...it doesn't work until the notification panel fully scrolls down...only then you could swipe up to close it. If you decide on the way it rolls down to close it...you just can't do it.
Its isn't like how it is in the home screen
Also the notification panel animation in the lock screen stills shutters sometimes
