Mobile network indicator must indicate "Emergency calls only" differently

Mobile network indicator in the status bar must have a different way/icon to indicate "Emergency calls only" or "no network" when the notification or quick settings panel is not open.

2nd SIM network indicator for Emergency calls only; notification panel not open.

2nd SIM network indicator for Emergency calls only; notification panel open.

2nd SIM network indicator when network is available; notification panel not open. Identical to when Emergency calls only. This shouldn't be the case.

Umm, I don't think this is a bug/error. Just a new change in One UI 7 beta that I have suggested an improvement for.

This is a basic UX change they should make. It makes no sense to remove this essential indicators in the name of optimization
