Make the Nowbar more useful

Today I saw the notification of Uber, tracking the progress of the Trip in the Notification panel and thought it's just amazing to have this in the Nowbar also.

Currently, Nowbar is showing the pills form the native Samsung apps only. Add support for third party apps also so it can be more useful.
