I appreciate the effort Samsung puts into delivering a great user experience. However, I’d like to share some feedback regarding certain usability concerns:
1. Media Output in Notification Panel:
When using the media output feature in the home screen notification panel, I find it inconvenient to skip, pause, or play songs as it requires multiple extra steps. This disrupts the experience, especially when multitasking. Streamlining these controls for quicker access would greatly improve usability.
2. Now Bar Usability:
When there are 3-4 notifications in the Now Bar, swiping between them becomes cumbersome. I often need to tap on the bar first before switching, instead of being able to swipe seamlessly. Refining this interaction to allow smooth swiping would enhance the overall experience.
