Is OneUI really about 'One Hand' use???

Last update with ZVI9 firmware. Samsung customised wallpaper setting UI. Set button is moved upper right corner, how it is possible to reach there with one hand on S22 Ultra?

Because 6.8inch display isnt meant for one hand in any case 🤣
