I find one ui has very inconsistent scroll behaviour across apps. Right now , I have to interact with phone twice for scrolling. For eg. in apps like twitter and insta. The first interaction is start the scroll and second interaction is to stop it. This is very different in apps like chrome and threads where the scroll deacclerate faster so that i need to interact to stop it. My suggestion is to have the same scroll behaviour as chrome and threads. This will also save the battery as well. It will also look better in 60hz.
