After installing the Beta Version of OneUI8, or also with the previous OneUI7 or OneUI6, after updating from one version to the newest, this issues was seen with all OneUI versions so far.
Earlier this issue can be resolved using Themepark module with OneUI 6, then with OneUI7, this particular feature was removed from Themepark and included in the Home Screen settings. But now with OneUI8, this feature doesn't reduce the Icon Size to the very minimum.
