Please provide option to switch between horizontal and vertical app screen

It is already there , change to custom sorting

What if I want alphabetically sorted horizontal app screen just like OneUI 6 and below? I could not find option for that

You can find it in the app drawer. Go to the three dots, then select "sort," then select "custom order." There you go.

Just go to bottom three dots
Select Sort>Custom for horizontal app screen
And
Sort>Alphabetical Order for vertical app screen
