Add native support for lockscreen widgets in OneUI6.

Please add support for lockscreen widgets while making some new cool lockscreen widgets, it is high time samsung catches up with other brands in this regard, a screen saver like that on ios 17 can also be provided, the transitioning b/w always on display and lock screen can be made smoother.
