Add accent colour support

In open beta 2.0, there is one option in Settings > Developer options > Accent colour ,but currently it is not working

Samsung Team, please fix this in upcoming releases.

@shrinikvb the "Developer Options" is hidden by default.
To enable this, you need to go to Settings > About phone > Software Information.
Then tap 7-8 times on "Build Number ". It should unlock "Developer Options" in settings app
