Add Support to Other RCS providers

Samsung uses the RCS technology to chat from the messenger of the other person has the same phone and messenger app like Google Messenger only chat with the Google Messenger person. So is it possible to add that Multi RCS support because chatting to other user over messenger app is required multiple apps.

I also raised the same issue.
I am facing a weird proplem thatcI cannot use the RCS feature on Wifi.

Can use RCs on mobile network with any other samsung devices.
