I think providing a 'Long exposure' functionality in the motion photos is very much needed to create to the foggy effect when capturing a flowing waterbody or want to have trailing lights effect on capturing moving traffic. Post capture processing effect is a life saver similar to iphone as shown below.
Users have been asking this since 2021 but Samsung is giving a deaf ear
