3rd Party Icon Pack support

Please bring the 3rd Party Icon pack support to the OneUI Launcher, currently Theme Park is doing the job, but it won't apply the icon pack to newly installed apps again.

So I request to bring the optional support in ONEUI LAUNCHER

Also, we were expecting the dark mode icon pack which was previously advertised, but didn't get that too
