these are not 3 sims
this is just roaming symbol
or your carrier is using someone else service

some carriers use sub towers for signal distribution...
u get tat sort of double annotation for bsnl too
it ain't on roaming... if it was till show R symbol side to the signal strength
And nope it cannot be removed
