Go to Advanced features> dual messenger > disable Smart Switch app. Hope it helps

Smart Switch app is not showing there.. As I already disables all the options there.. But still showing 2 apps on app page..

Try cleaning the cache partition of the phone through stock recovery. It will address most of the problems
