Weired Hanging issue

Since Last week or two, facing this issue

Initially thought ita due to low space so cleared all memory till 70gb free

Now still having tbis hanging and lag issue while opening and closing app

Mean while app works fine


Can anybody sugest ...whts happenig here...and what can be done to rectify this🙄🙄🙄
