Voice-mail and Gaussian Blur

The changelog says we supposedly have voice-mail now 

Although a pretty useless feature 

We should atleast have access to it if it was promised to us 

The gaussian Blur hasnt been applied to entire UI yet 

People need to highlight the importance of UI consistency
