I am unable to downgrade my software using Smart Switch PC

Please check if correct drivers are installed for your device on PC after that connect your device with a good quality USB cable and open smart switch at the bottom there will be an option to downgrade your device...... 😉 😊

Download 5.1 firmware for your device and use odin tool to flash.... watch any youtube video on flashing samsung device
