Refresh Rate Issue

I have noticed that if I charge starting from power saving mode, after the charging completes, the refresh rate gets stuck on 60hz. The power saving is off, motion smoothness is adaptive but I can't seem to get 120hz. Even the performance profile isn't touched. What is the issue here?

I swear to god I'm just experiencing this right now, I had adaptive power saving on, so from yesterday night it was showing power saving on, now when I started charging, even though power saving is off, the refresh rate is only 60hz
