100% download in complete to software downgrade but thin is not work and this is don't get continue for other step... how fix this problem my phone is connected form smart swtich

Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.

To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

1.) Open your Samsung members app go to the settings and inside one ui beta program withdraw from beta

2.) Install smart switch on your PC and connect your device

3.) Take a backup of your device and once it's done gp back to home screen of smart switch and at the bottom you will find a tab to downgrade

4.) Once downgrade is complete your phone will boot up again connect to smart switch and restore it
