Display issues?

Im frequently seeing horizontal lines across my device.

Like the lines u get on tv screen when u dont have network, similar to that but the screen displays colours.

Its like the screen refresh is displaying lines.

Im unable to see if lines are flowing in some direction, but they are definitely moving.

From left to right of the screen the lines exist. Spanning entire screen.

If its woth you all too please please report to samsung

They occur at random times ryt? Sometimes visible, somtimes everything looks gud

As of now while im typing i can see refresh or whatever horizontal lines they are on my screen, they are minute but still if u focuz u can see

I swear it's not there on my screen. Is it most visible in black or white backgrounds. I've gotta see this.
Also, I have my phone to some of my friends. Even they can't see it. I'm using galaxy Max hz. Maybe that's the cause.
