I'm getting an error "This is a Beta software, due to the nature of test version unexpected errors may occur". I'm using s22 ultra and 3 months back upgrade to Beta version by following the steps provided in Samsung Members, since then I haven't received any update or upgrade. Can you check why I'm getting this error every time I restart my device.
Kindly share logs just at the time of the issue occurring as without logs issue cannot be analyzed this issue. Please share the complete issue description, please share video/image, logs, and report issues just at the time of occurring with the video.
To attach the log file:- Samsung member > Click on beta banner > Switch to beta mode > Beta feedback > Send feedback > Error report. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern.
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
