Not really battery backup has been much better than beta 1 ; ensure you wipe your cache partition from recovery !

Yeah i have always been using it on battery saving mode . Samsung's battery saving mode is extremely efficient. The only thing you loose is AOD n 144hz & i can live with that. MOREOVER it let's the exynos run better n cooler ; sadly we Asians didn't receive the snapdragon variant back then.

Bro ; i have used battery saver mode since day 1.
Exynos is terrible compared to snapdragon in regards to optimizations.

Moreover this way it runs much cooler & battery backup is topnotch.
You only loose 144hz & aod n am fine with it. EXCEPT gaming we dnt really need the full power of the processor & an 144hz extra fluid response.
Hope it helps try it
Also note am on ultra which has a much bigger 5000mah battery

If i wanted to have low performance. I would have opted for cheaper phones. I bought s21 plus for smoother display and aod.
Cant resort to power saver mode. Would rather switch to cheaper alternatives.
I dont game or social media much. But my display on time is hardly 2-3 hours with whatsapp, chrome browsing and basic phone usage.

Try once wiping the cache through recovery n keeping the phone on battery saver for 2 days ( not a mandate but the power draw is crazy for the initial 2 cycle ) . It should be back to normal.
2-3 hrs is really too low : my s10 still gives a SOT of 4 to 4.5 hrs.
Also check if there are any hidden bad apps. Uninstall them & reinstall generally fixes the issue. If its a system app force stop it & uninstall all updates. Hope it helps.
N exynos don't hold up well post a year because the power draw is much greater compared to snapdragon. With an ageing battery this adds up more strain. Thus u see SOT decreasing after 250 cycles in the asian variants.
