If i withdraw in beta testing and I'm not rollback my note 10plus version (11 android 3 oneui beta) and after withdraw officially launch updates are come in my device or i compulsory need to rollback with pc

You can definitely withdraw the UI 3.0 now and when the official UI 3.0 will be out, you will get the update...
