A35 stable update one ui 8?

As of now a34 got it one ui 8 stable update but a35 did not get what is the reason behind it?

The Galaxy A35 hasn’t received the stable One UI 8 yet in your region because the rollout is gradual country and variant based and may still be under testing or carrier approval. It will arrive later.
