Show notifications when asleep

Hi all

Im new to the galaxy S family after a very long time of absence...

In me previous phones ive always had the option that the moment i get a notification the screen lights up (i dont care if regular screen or AOD) and shows the notification (including its content) and then turns off again after a few seconds.

For a week now i cant find my way how to configure it on my new S23.

Help here please??? ♥️♥️

גש אל הגדרות, התראות, סגנון התראה מוקפצת, לבחור ב"קצר", להגדיר תאורת אדג' ושם להפעיל את ההגדרה גם כשהמסך כבוי.

I do hear the sound notification, but the screen is dead.

Ok my bad, its only Emails that dont wake it up, other apps do.

But its so annoying that the only was is with their small notifications. I wanted to see the full contents!
