Also at the end i dont for get to turn on power saving and battary protection in the uper panel

Temperature - Exposure to very high or very low temperatures (above 35 degrees and below 0 degrees).
Weak reception - Areas where the cellular reception signal is weak.
Outdated software version - The customer is advised to update the device version via Settings > Check for system updates > Download and install.
1. Check the battery status using the self-diagnostic tool in the Samsung Members application.
Using the Samsung Members application is available on Samsung Galaxy devices only and requires connection to a Samsung account.
1. Go to the Samsung Members application > Support > Phone Diagnostics > Battery Status.
2. The battery life status will be displayed as follows:
If the battery test determines that the battery is low, the text Action required will appear, which requires further testing.
In such a situation, we will move to the escalation table and perform a diagnostic test to diagnose battery performance based on charging cycles.
