Ever since the Gallery was introduced with the much-needed override option for the image remastering feature, every now and then the remastering renders an image corrupted, so that it can no longer be viewed or edited - and the remaster can't be reverted. Sometimes, after closing the gallery and re-entering it, the image will reappear, but locked tilted sideways. And yet, when trying to edit the image to make it vertical/ horizontal, as it was originally, the image appears correctly (but only at the editing screen).

Hi Ziv,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the photo editor.

In order for us to provide a solution, we will recommend sending an error report with a screenshot or video that is showing the phenomenon as soon as it was reproduced.

To send an Error report with a system log go to Samsung Members app  > 'Get Help' > select the "Error Reports" category > select the appropriate topic and then describe the phenomenon in detail, at the bottom of the page and make sure that sending the system log is marked V.
