When I scrolling a lot of time on 120hz telephone begins to stuttering, like processor can't get enough power, the smoothness of all phone is getting down, after a little bit time it comes back to normal. It was on android 10 and now on android 11 still. How can I fix this? Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra (exynos).
It happens not only with Facebook or other applications. The stutter in all telephone. But not all the time, like processor getting a lot work and cannot take it, like slow down all system. Trying factory reset, didn't help.
could you please send us logs of your device so we could check it? go into Samsung Members 》plus sign in the bottom》error report》mark attached logs please specify the time exactly it happend and attach a video of the problem you are experiencing.
