After software updating, Shot suggestions is not displayed automatically

A32 4g it was at Android 12 after updating to Android 13, The shot suggestions is not displayed anymore, there is no option at setting to activate it.

I would suggest following these steps:

1. go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear data

2. Open the Camera app > Settings (Gear icon) > Shot suggestions - Toggle ON.

3. Point your camera at what you want a photo of and then line up the two circles.

If that still isn't working, please send us an error report including a screenshot that is showing the issue for us to check.

You can send an Error report by going to the Samsung Members app > Support > Error Reports > Camera >  and then describe the phenomenon in detail, at the bottom of the page make sure that sending the system log is marked V.

No option called shot suggestions but it works for one time after doing what said than I should do it again, so what's now ?

Can you make sure that you are using the camera in Photo mode? 

This option will not be visible via Settings and will not work in other modes.
