What is the point of beta feedback if they are going to auto reply

Every beta feedback i provide i get auto reply stating logs not sufficient. 

Then what is the point of beta feedback. I think samsung india is not interested in resolving issue, so instead of logging issue as reported they ignore and auto reply stating logs not sufficient. 

How hard it is to understand that ' phone's display turning off due to bedtime mode turning automatically on

Or picture in picture mode not working while using gesture navigation. 

Have you recieved any positive feedback while reporting issues?

Out of 4 issues i raised for two i recieved proper response and for 2 i got the same automated response about logs being insufficient

I even uploaded screen recording of the issue. Still same reply.
