This is not that. Stacked widgets means I can swipe across widgets to switch between them. Here I can literally place widgets on top of each other. Overlapping. And both are functional. This happens when I try to put a larger widget on the screen when space is not there. Instead of moving to next page it just gets superimposed. As you can see one of the widgets in the second image is cut in half.
