Wearable app and Watch syncing issue

I don't know why this is happening but seriously this was not expected from Premium Watch and Premium Phone

Galaxy Wearable and Galaxy Watch4 have some kind of sync issue. The battery on my watch is 38% but Wearable app shows 58%. Samsung should fix this

Yes I'm also facing this issue and phone battery also not show in some faces.
